Accessiqa is an automated web-accessibility checker. You can run a free automated scan of a public web page, which returns an accessibility score and a short list of the most important machine-detectable issues. You may then purchase a full one-off report for that page, which lists every machine-detectable issue with fix guidance and example selectors. The service is software-based, supplied as a digital product without human involvement in the analysis.
A monthly-monitoring product and an accessibility-statement generator are planned but are not yet available for purchase; references to them on our site are for an early-access waitlist only and create no payment obligation.
The paid full report is a one-time purchase of €49 per scanned site/page (price excludes VAT/applicable taxes; the final tax is shown and calculated at checkout). This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel. Each report is purchased individually. The current price is always the price displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through Stripe acting as Merchant of Record (MoR) for the sale of the digital report. This means Stripe is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for collecting, reporting and remitting any applicable VAT/sales tax; the tax is calculated and shown to you at checkout. Egységmester Kft. (Accessiqa) provides the underlying digital product. We never see or store your full card details. The report unlocks only after Stripe confirms the payment is completed. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms as presented at checkout.
The full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment by generating and displaying the report for the URL you purchased. By starting checkout for an instantly generated report, a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession) expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that, once the report has been generated and made available, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost for that delivered digital content (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). We disclose this before purchase. If, after paying, the report is not generated due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a refund (see Refund Policy). Business (B2B) buyers have no statutory withdrawal right.
Accessiqa is an automated checking tool. It is not a legal audit, certification, or guarantee of compliance. Automated scanning only detects machine-identifiable WCAG issues (roughly 30–50% of WCAG success criteria); the remaining criteria require human judgment and cannot be found by any automated tool. Accessiqa finds and prioritises detected issues; it does not guarantee that your website meets the EAA (Directive 2019/882), WCAG, EN 301 549, or any other legal requirement. You remain solely responsible for the accessibility and legal compliance of your website.
Accessiqa does not advise you on your legal obligations and does not determine whether any accessibility legislation applies to your business. Note that Article 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 exempts microenterprises providing services — enterprises employing fewer than 10 persons with an annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding EUR 2 million — from its service accessibility requirements. Whether that exemption, or any other obligation, applies to you is a matter for your own professional advisers.
Automated results are informational; they do not guarantee 100% WCAG conformance and do not replace an expert manual audit or legal advice. Accessiqa accepts no responsibility for regulatory decisions, fines, or your legal obligations toward third parties.
You may only scan websites that you own or are authorised to test. You must not use the service to scan third-party sites without permission, to overload any target, or for any unlawful purpose. We apply per-IP rate limits and may refuse or throttle requests to protect the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary or punitive loss or damage, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, business, or business opportunities, any business interruption or reputational harm, or any compliance outcome, fine, penalty, or regulatory measure — in each case whether or not foreseeable and regardless of the form of action or theory of liability — arising out of or relating to the service or any decision made in reliance on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim (i.e. the €49 one-off fee). In particular, the Provider does not warrant that using the service relieves you of any obligation under the EAA, WCAG, or any other law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful or intentional misconduct, for gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory Hungarian or EU law. Nothing in this section limits any liability or rights that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law where the customer is a consumer.
The Accessiqa software and report format are protected by copyright. You may use the reports generated for your own domains internally and to remediate your site, but you may not resell them to third parties as a commercial product.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Hungary competent for the Provider's seat have jurisdiction (the Central District Court of Pest, or the Budapest Environs Regional Court depending on the amount in dispute). EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date at the top always apply to new purchases. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
